Welcome to LoansCarton. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.loanscarton.com and all related services provided by LoansCarton ("we", "our", or "us"), a registered Direct Sales Associate (DSA) operating in India.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Services

LoansCarton is a loan facilitation platform that acts as a Direct Sales Associate (DSA) to connect borrowers with registered banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) in India. Our services include:

• AI-powered loan eligibility matching across 15+ partner lenders
• Loan application processing for Used Car Loans, New Car Loans, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Loans Against Property
• Vehicle valuation tools and EMI calculators
• Document collection and submission assistance
• AI chatbot for loan guidance and pre-qualification

Important: LoansCarton is a facilitator, not a lender. We do not directly disburse loans. All lending decisions are made solely by our partner banks and NBFCs.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Possess a valid PAN card and Aadhaar card
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all applications

3. User Obligations

When using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in your loan application
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information
• Not use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Not use automated bots or scrapers on our website without prior written consent
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account

Submission of false or fraudulent information may result in immediate termination of your application and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting a loan application through LoansCarton does not guarantee loan approval. Loan approval, interest rates, tenure, and other terms are determined exclusively by our partner lending institutions based on their internal credit assessment policies. LoansCarton makes no representation or warranty regarding the likelihood of loan approval or the terms offered by any lender.

5. Fees and Charges

Our loan facilitation services are completely free for customers. We earn a commission from the lending institution upon successful loan disbursement. This commission does not affect the loan terms offered to you.

Please note that the lending institution may charge processing fees, documentation charges, or other fees as per their schedule. LoansCarton is not responsible for any fees charged by lenders.

6. AI Chatbot and Automated Tools

Our AI chatbot and EMI calculator are provided for informational and guidance purposes only. Results and recommendations from these tools are indicative and should not be construed as financial advice or a commitment to lend. Actual loan terms may vary based on lender assessment, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of LoansCarton or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoansCarton shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform
• Loan rejections, delays, or unfavourable terms offered by lenders
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data (e.g., credit bureau information)
• Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events
• Actions or omissions of third-party lenders, partners, or service providers

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
